CUSTOMER CARE / DELIVERY

DELIVERY TERMS, BUILT ON REAL OPERATIONS.

Q6N will publish delivery promises only after a carrier, service area, cost model and customer-support process are approved and tested.

1. Before sales open

Q6N must connect and test an active delivery service before online retail starts. The checkout will show the available delivery option and full cost before the customer pays.

2. Required final delivery details

The final policy will clearly state:

  • Delivery coverage within Bahrain and any excluded areas.
  • Delivery fees, free-delivery conditions and any product-specific surcharge.
  • Estimated processing and delivery times without unsupported guarantees.
  • Tracking or status updates and the approved contact process.
  • Failed-delivery, address-change and rescheduling procedures.
  • Inspection and reporting steps for missing or transit-damaged orders.

3. Ownership and risk

The final customer terms will define when an order is considered delivered and how loss or damage is handled. These provisions will be checked against the carrier contract and applicable Bahrain consumer requirements.

4. Future international delivery

No international delivery promise is made. If Q6N adds destinations outside Bahrain, the site will disclose availability, duties, taxes, customs responsibility, restrictions and return logistics before payment.
